Welcome. I'm Ross Arellanes, and my story in New Mexico began long before i was born.
My family is one of the oldest documented Spanish families in the state, with a history stretching back over eight generations in the village of El Cerrito. Our legacy is preserved in the National Archives and chronicled in the book, El Cerrito, New Mexico: Eight Generations in a Spanish Village.
To me this historical fact is a bedrock of everything I do. Growing up with this heritage taught me that land and homes are more than just property - they are vessels of memory, culture, and family story.

Fill out the contact me section and within 48 hours we will set up a meet or call. I'll explain how I work, what the market looks like, and what you can expect. No commitment necessary. You can expect the process to take about 20-45 Days.
If you decide I'm the right fit we sign an agreement. This lists out what I can do for you and makes me your official representative.
I'll then connect you with lenders for pre-approval. This is to help you build a clear budget. This shows sellers how serious you are and helps speed up the process.
From there I'll curate a list of homes that fit your budget and goals. We will tour the homes until we find the home that fits your needs.
Now this may seem scary but that's why you have me. I go over the pros/cons of your dream home and negotiate the price to get you the best deal.
Once an offer is accepted, I'll guide you through inspections, appraisals, and disclosures. Ill help you get the best price for repairs or any extra work that needs done. After the last bit of paperwork you'll get the keys to your Dream Home.
